Today marks a bold new day in Cycle of Galand #4 releasing: THE LIGHT OF LIFE, The Cycle of Galand #4, has now been released. You can find it on Amazon, Amazon UK, and paperback.

TLOL-ebook-2For audiobook listeners, the wait will be shorter this time. THE LIGHT OF LIFE is tentatively scheduled for an August 15 audiobook release. Note this date isn’t chiseled in stone until the preorder’s up, but that’s the plan as it stands. As always, the inestimable Tim Gerard Reynolds will provide narration.

Oh, and if you’re new to the series, you can start with THE RED SEA, The Cycle of Galand #1. Or start at the very beginning with THE CYCLE OF ARAWN, the complete epic fantasy trilogy, which retails for a lowly $4.99, or is free to read through Kindle Unlimited.

I’ll have some updates on future projects, including further books in this series, in a couple of weeks. For now, go read and be merry, for Elon Musk hasn’t yet invented books that can read themselves.

How do we pre-order the audiobook? I have 7 hours left in book 3. Your books are awesome by the way. Thank you for continuing this amazing story.

  • Ed Robertson says:

It’s not available yet, but I’d start looking for the preorder around June 16.

I have so many questions now! Book was really great and I hope the next one is going well. I think it is really deep how this story has unfolded. In the first cycle we live the beginning of their journey with then so as Dante and Blays remember it’s almost as if we were there. I feel like I’m a part of the world saving wrecking crew that you’ve created. Makes it that much more enjoyable.
    Thanks a lot

Just finished and I loved it! I wrote a quick review here https://www.goodreads.com/review/show/2004448579?book_show_action=false&from_review_page=1 and now I’ll wait impatiently for the next one. :)

  • Phillip says:

I dont know how youre churning out such great books so fast, but i love you for it. Keeping up with dante and blays is more fun than my regular tv shows!! Thank you for such a great production.

  • Angel P. says:

Thank you for making another book. As of right now i’m about to begin book 2 of the Cycle of Galand. Can’t wait to get started. :)

  • Dan says:

Just finished this moments ago. Got through the previous six “Cycle” books in the last month. I was kind of bummed that this wasn’t the end, but then I realized it wasn’t the end! I’m incredibly anxious to read book 5 of this cycle…seriously, if I could start it today, I would!

  • Vlad says:

you sir, are brilliant. Excellent read, couldn’t put it down. Will sit here patiently twiddling my hand appendages waiting for the next book.

  • Deborah says:

I have a huge crush on Dante. His flaws make him even more compelling than Blays, though Blays does make me laugh out loud much more often.
I drive roughly 500 miles per week teaching my private music students from house to house, and I listen to audiobooks to keep myself sane and in the creative mind space. Yours are my new favorite, and have been for months.
Thank you for doing your job instead of twitter. I really appreciate that, and you.
    Yours,
    Deb

Just finished Book 3 of Cycle of Galand.. excitedly awaiting the release of #4 on Audible! Your characters are so well written, I can’t get enough of the relationship between Dante and Blays. They are so compelling. Ecstatic to hear we can expect another couple of adventures in this universe.
    Cheers!

  • Bill says:

    This book was excellent!

I love how you write these “tight” stories that don’t rely on the 20 POV’s that are so popular right now. Loved the addition of Volo & Bel Ara (as well as he who I will not name)

Great conflict between utilitarianism and less absolute ethics and morality.

    Well done!

I’m about halfway through Light of Life and loving it so far, however I’m an audiobook listener and find myself wanting to check a map quite often. Were any included in the physical book, and/or do you have plans to post them online along side the main and plagued islands maps?

  • Myronn E says:

Thank you for one helluva rollercoaster ride! I’m highly anticipating the next book, would there be a hint as to when that may be good sir?

    • Ed Robertson says:

I’m working on Rebel Stars next, so my plan is to have Galand #5 out early-ish next year, with #6 five or six months after that.

      • Myronn E says:

Thank you for the swift correspondence sir! :). I will be anticipating the pre-order with gusto! >_<, Thank you for your hard work sir.

  • James Mark Hammond says:

Really good woek. You have a work ethic beyond your years. Through book four and hope the series has …. Let’s say…. 34 more. We haven’t even really touched all the problems tht could be centered around his new home in the north. Awesome.

    • Ed Robertson says:

Well someone has to drive the Millennial average up.

I’m thinking there will be three more in this series. But I won’t rule more out elsewhere in the world after that. Time will tell!

  • Shay says:

The story just keeps getting better. Thanks so much! The speed of release is frikken awesome. :)
